My issue is how to approach/respond to theists in a useful way. I was given a copy of the movie Expelled recently by a well meaning woman. The movie is a twisted way of supporting intelligent design and suggests this woman is grasping at straws to maintain her religious foolishness. I feel sorry for her. Many of us have been there but we graduated from religion and moved on. For some it is incredibly difficult and I want to help but telling her she is coocoo probably won't work. If religion is an addiction is wanting to quit the first step?
