Thanks, Quine, but if you notice, I mentioned that I realize that federal law overrides state. It just shocks me a bit that such a thing would exist at all in state law. It should be removed, simply out of principle. Just imagine a line in there reading "Disqualifications of office. The following persons shall be disqualified for office: First, any person who is not white and male." People would be screaming for it to be removed, whether or not it had real-world effect.
