Let's arrange other book tours, and ask for volunteers to be present. Invite the police into the room, and see if charges can be laid should a disturbance occur. Film the event using a fixed camera. Seal the doors until names & addresses are taken by the police. Wearing a disguise while disturbing the peace ? Uttering threats ? Spitting on someone may be a criminal charge these days.
