Here's one I wrote earlier, but the intro & the last part needs re-writing as it was customised for Biddy-Fudd.
"Bretheren, and fellow Biddy-Fudd councillors:- We call on the the Flying Spaghetti Monster (peace be upon His noodly appendages) to assist all worshipping councillors to decide the matter before us, aided with the inspiration of HIS devine whizzdumb which HE confers upon us all from his exalted position. May we humbly accept this guidance and avoid the need for the rational use of our brains, so that business can rapidly be concluded and we can all go home early after collecting our attendance allowances! Thanks be to the FSM (peace be upon HIM) Amen!"
