lol. textbook versus cultural christian? what does that even mean? i'm pretty sure the magic bearded man was quite clear that you literally have to believe he is the son of god for you to be a christian. or else what's the point!

so would that mean if people watched awesome movies, say like the star wars franchise and agree with some of the "values" talked about in the film that they'd be cultural jedis and not textbook jedis? lolz. i suppose they can go ahead and make public policy based on those films....allocate some funds just in case someone tries to build a deathstar and we'd have to protect ourselves from it
