← Writing a new code for life?

Seeing as we are presumed to be the stuff of stars it seems completely plausible that life could form in conditions that are conducive to it's initiation. I would think the said life needing to be sensible to our thinking and comprehension would not be important. To think that life needs to have some relevance to earths evolutionary modeling is a hinderance when I contemplate the issue. Think outside of the box - think outside of the earth box.
