I'm not sure about global web campaigns designed to "get" someone, isn't it a bit like a fatwa?
By arrest I assume they mean get the US Navy Seals to put a cap in his arse, which would be fun but could work out quite expensive given the ten years it took to get Bin Laden so I have a cheaper way. Start a rumour that Joseph Kony burns Korans for breakfast... problem solved.
