Rosebell just told us that the Ugandan's are doing something about it and painting them as powerless is wrong. No-one is saying war criminals should not be caught but what she is saying is that doing it like this is a little bit insulting because it reinforces the belief that Africans are helpless. The fact that you don't think the Ugandan's are able to solve their own problems is exactly what she fears this web campaign will propagate.
