He stated quite clearly at the beginning that this was a public/popularization presentation, and not an academically "meaty" i.e. hoity-toity original ivory-tower thesis. Most of the things I've seen complained about above have no bearing on the subject matter, within those margins. Yes, he repeated points to make sure that people got them. Yes, he took a strong stance/tone to make his position clear. Anyone who can only come up with those responses as criticism must therefore agree with his point, since I see no one here putting forth a rational challenge to his point.
