Just listened to this and finished the book yesterday.Although from here in the U.K.this is of course U.S. focussed,the book is worth reading.Our own current government is led by a cultural non-practising xtian and an atheist,the leader of the opposition is an atheist and whilst we do not have a problem on the same scale as the U.S., religion still gets a very preferential ride in our country.Faircloth's rallying call for secularists to organise is as relevant here as it is in the U.S.
