In this morning’s Telegraph the Bishop of Oxford says the Church of England wants the taxpayer to pay for at least 200 new primary and secondary schools to combat the influence of secularism.

A cynic would wonder whether he was sending in his CV for the newly vacated top job here. I wonder whether we will be hearing more than usual from the bishops for the next few months?
