Imagine for a moment you're on a flight from JFK to Las Vegas, the pilot exits from the bathroom, attempts to re-enter the cockpit by violent means, starts shouting: "You'd better start praying right now" and then continues shouting about Al Qaeda, a bomb, and threatening that the plane is going down.
Freedom of speech, or endangering the lives of passengers by interfering with a flight crew?
