Morality and society are like beauty; just because they can both be intelligently designed, doesn't mean they won't look ugly later on. I wonder when it will be immoral and anti-social to pierce a toddler's ears? Something about poking holes in your baby and hanging jewelry from the poor thing seems a bit dark forest tribal to me. I would expect people who do that to communicate with grunts and act out the great hunt with fire and dance. No alphabet, surely.

Edit: Intelligent design doesn't need to be taken back; it just needs to be properly applied, like theory. Science has always been an art of intelligent design. Who makes the apparatus?
