I think there needs to be a charitable foundation set up to financially help ex-pastors into some kind of transition from their job as pastor to an alternative. Hopefully, the entire atheist community can help promote and support this charity, and it can build from there.
Since the FFRF (Freedom From Religion Foundation) is fairly wealthy, I'm sure it can help. Ex-pastors could help 'pay back' over time when they gain some kind of job security.
