Do you all think that this altering of the reward system leads to depression? Does depression result from drug use? Does depression cause drug use? I realize that the answer is probably both. But do you think addiction is another form of depression? (stupid question????)
I work three jobs in a given year. I spend my summers as a hematology technician in a Hospital that has an addiction program, I teach high school and work part time in a prison. So, I see my share of the damage that drugs do. But what "leads" people into the life? What do you think???
