Bristol Palin should be the poster child for real as opposed to abstinence only sex ed. For those of you lucky enough to not know about the Palins Bristol was the teen daughter of right wing abstinence only advocate and half time governor of Alaska Sarah Palin. Bristol ended up unwed and pregnant and I believe she dropped out of school on top of it.
There is no better example of how easily the Christian conservatives in the US accept hypocrisy and care little for reality then that Bristol (still unmarried now a single mom with a child) now makes a very good living going around lecturing teens on abstinence only sex education.
