Correct. One of the new paragraphs in the new constitution declares that all faiths should be treated and funded equally. Unless Islam is defined as an ideology, which it probably won't, this means Islam will start to expand even more rapidly.
72% of Norwegians might be atheists, but they aren't non-religious, though. Far from it. Most of them subscribe to the virulent replacement religions of Marxism (in one form or another), Multi-Culturalism and Political Correctness.
One of the other commenters here said she might move back to Norway because of the constitutional changes. I live in Norway and I'm currently looking for a place outside of the soon-to-be islamified Europe to move to.
