First, as you undoubtably know, the reference of Josephus to Christ contains an interpolation, inserted by your unscrupulous fellow believers. Pliny's only letter to the emperor asks what should be done with the Christians because he had never run into them before. Tacitus, as pointed out above, had heard of them, but NO ONE who ever saw Jesus Christ alive wrote a single syllable about him.
