The notion that Sharia law could in any sense or circumstance constitute arbitration is in any case complete nonsense. The basis of arbitration is impartiality and the ability to suggest non-standard resolutions. The imposition.......for that is what it is.....of a totally partial and standard set of rules from 1400 years ago is not arbitrating - it's dictating.
