In Canada, there are churches continuing to sell property to due class action legal settlement agreements re victims of abuse.

I don't think any churches have been sold just other buildings and land. I have seen churches turned into condos though.

Take a trip on up to Maine. According to the local news last week, Maine is the least religious state in the union. We only have churches on every "other" corner.

We have quite a lot in NE England, but a significant proportion of them are being sold and put to good use as holiday cottages, shops, offices, museums etc.
