I agree wish that I could dump some data. That is easy to answer . Specially because I am a creature of some habits. Coffee for breakfast, Mexico City.
I don't think in terms dates specifically but years. I have made efforts to not put time into those memories by trying not to over analyze the past. It is not easy however because the memories kind of form a photographic scrap book. So the events are remembered as a picture as if I were looking through a stack of photos.
Even looking at photos creates a photographic memory of looking at a stack of photos. It can be annoying.
What bothers me the most is confronting someone with something they said and they deny saying it. Or simply do not remember. How can people not remember what they said ???
