Or, perhaps it was Jerry DeWitt's power to stave off the Devil In Carne Asada -- because I just accepted a very nice full-time job offer this morning. The good news is I'm well-employed (again); the bad news is : the job is in cold Connecticut.

I'll stop because I know how some people in here are still struggling with their own employment issues. Somebody else's good news can often be an irritation... so thus ends my brief online celebration.
(I'm quite sure I won't be celebrating in two months anyway -- I'll be buried up to my neck in stressful responsibility and traffic jams.)
