Not quite. Homeopathy is dangerous quackery... In homeopathy there's something called a nosode... Nosodes are remedies made from diseased or pathological products of disease such as fecal matter, blood or bodily discharges. They can make you very sick not to mention they have no benefit whatsoever in terms of curing an ailment.

It's just dangerous quackery no matter how you look at it.
