It's like quitting smoking. Even after 14 years I will find myself reaching for my pack of cigarettes even though I stopped carrying them around in 1998. You just have to recognize that reflex action and adjust for it and laugh a little at yourself because it is humorous. Don't worry about it at all, it just happens and that's fine. It's not like you have a sudden urge to kill kittens or listen to Justin Bieber, you just have an irrational thought.
