Here is an idea , The Atheist freedom act. The USA would open it's doors to all the Atheists in the world who are under oppression etc. This would highly benefit the USA. Most atheists are very intelligent, bringing atheists to the USA might help with the stupidity problem ....
Every free country should avail atheists refuge.
Are all atheists communists ? Is the ideology even similar? I dislike when they throw em together.
