Richard, at least the Twitter comments seem somewhat intelligent. I woke up at 1:00am to watch the event on the internet. Many comments were at the maturity level of a thirteen-year-old. I wish children could be identified online; this would prevent much judgement on my part.
All I saw was a room full of mostly men in lt. blue t-shirts applauding and progressively becoming more and more enthused as time passed until they broke out in celebration...then one picture shown far away in the room. Oh well, at least I learned about the safe landing. It was difficult to feel anticipation when one foot was still in bed and idiots were online commenting.
