Hi Sjoerd, You are doing the right thing- working from within. It is impossible to work with closed minds. It is like trying to turn around a huge oil tanker- it happens very slowly and required lots of planning, but it will turn eventually. Don't be rude, accept their ignorance and be prepared to make your point subtly and without fan-fare. It works! I know from experience. jcw
