Is RichardDawkins.net blocked in China?

I wonder if anyone else in China can confirm that this website has blocked in China over the last few days?
I know we have the occasional glitch, but I am having to use my proxy for the first time.
It would be a shame if so, as I refer to this site from my blog and to many Chinese people being preyed upon by the Christian churches springing up underground.
I'm in Suzhou, by the way. Sometimes it's just a regional thing.
