I recently came across this debate on YouTube, between a couple of bible historians; Craig Evans and Bart Ehrman.

These two bible researchers are debating the validity of the four gospels. Both obviously believe in God, but Bart Ehrman hammers the living crap out of the gospels. It was rather unexpected and refreshing. The whole debate is about about 1:20 minutes, but worth watching. Several of Ehrman's points should be quite useful in debating creationists. The audio is excellent, but they do talk rather loudly, just a decibel or two below shouting.
