A Brave New Non-Religious World

If we were to live in a majority non-religious society, then what would its basic values be?
I think the rate of change from religion to non-religion in America and parts of Europe is astonishing. According to the BSA statistics (soon to be scrapped), over the last 30 years the number of people professing to be non-religious has doubled, to around 50% here in the UK and about 25% in America. Sweden and Denmark already have a majority non-religious society.
It would mean a seismic shift in how societies and communities view their identity and values. Should churches be replaced by alternative social gatherings? What morals and values would non-religious majority societies promote?
How would you organize such a non-religious majority society?
