CRASHBANGWALLACE: Dont be uncientific. Dont just cite the part that you hated, cite the whole context. I disagree with Dawkins too, in many ways, but to critizice him in this way doesnt make your point any clear.

I was 13. I dont remember exactly how I reached that conclusion. I remember to be aware that Mario Vargas Llosa (the most known writer of Perú) was a non-believer. I think it was like when, years later, I stopped saying that I like soccer. I never really liked, just liked to be around other people. So, I think I never really believed in a god, just did whatever other people did, until its started to get increasingly anoying. To be in a clasroom and be said that to talk about a book it obligatory to believe its right... ¡come on!

Comment 26 by Jay G :

What do non-literal Catholics do with trans-substantiation (is that how it is spelled?)? Are you eating the flesh of Jesus or no?

I know some catholics that don´t believe in transubstiation. They just don´t notice that thay can´t call themselves "catholics". I keep telling them that tehy belong to the pire, but they dont listen.

And, by the way, they never told me at school (a catholic school) about trasubstiation or the eternal damnation caused by denying the Holy Spirit. Maybe in America catholics are more hard-liners.
