I still have a problem with the nature of the central debate.
We live in a deterministic universe, none of us,not one,has had any free choice in their particular circumstances.
All of us have arrived at our particular location within human society as a matter outside of our control.
By luck,or whatever deterministic mechanism I have ended up as a subject of the Queen in Britain.
How can any of us cast judgement on others in relation to the right of parenthood.
Surely the basic directives of evolutionary biology are being applied when a child is concieved, regardless of to whom to and in what circumstances.
Any judgement of such an event is as a result of a deterministic value system and not free choice.

I am absolutely amazed that nobody(forgive me if I missed it in the comments) has raised the issue of a deterministic universe or one that exists with the option of free choice.
I am sat at home,on my laptop, thinking what the hell(excuse the pun) happened in 2008,did I choose to participate in breaking down of materialistic societies,or was I just a victim.
Now forgive me if I am wrong(I seem to be asking for a lot of forgiveness)but don't most of the religions believe that the individual has free choice, and it is this choice that either damns or saves them.
So where does the deterministic universe argument along with the free choice argument sit alongside the right for parenthood.

"The 1968 story"2001:A Space Odyssey" written simultaneously as a novel and screenplay with director Stanley Kubrick was a frightening prophecy of artificial intelligence run amok"
I don't think so!
