I find it hard to use a western supermarket check-out without ending-up having sex with someone. Segregated check-outs would be an excellent idea.

Segregated beaches and bathing would be sensible. Give men the bottom half of the pool, and confine women to the top. Quite a few problems would vanish in a matter of minutes, assuming we use lead weights to help keep them in their part of the pool.

"Jeremy Dowling, a spokesman for the Diocese of Truro, which is supporting the legal action, said the church was used without permission."

Do they have permission from the owner of their houses? The way I figure it is that this is a bunch of guys in robes who've decided to set-up shop in the houses of some invisible guy with a thing for steeples, and corpses in the garden.

I admire his stance, but agree that his basic argument is junk. The misogynists aren't just pulling this crap out of the air - it's scripture, and it's just as valid as anything Carter quotes.

More people should just bite the bullet and accept that their holy book isn't all sunshine and lollipops, and that you can't claim some verses have authority while ignoring others because you think that they're unfair or mean. God's laws aren't optional.

If this signs I'm wondering if we can just get together groups of people who are offended by everyday Christian activities.

It's not much fun in this country right now. Aside from the criminal mismanagement of the economy and the ongoing reports of sex abuse perpetrated by Catholic orders, now we can't even call their religion for what it is.

Jesus and the other fictional crap can kiss my arse.

God loved that into being too. I dread to think how many universes would get damaged if God decided to act on his love urges in a Zeus like fashion. He has to be seriously packing, thats all I'm saying...

Heh heh. On another forum we're discussing God's genitals. It's assumed he is packing, but no-one quite knows that he's using them for. I doubt that God requires toilet breaks, so I'm assuming they're purely sexual. Based on the lack of children; he's either using condoms, is firing blanks, or is engaging in the kind of sex that his church frowns upon.
