i think in this case we, and especially perhaps squire richard, will be wise to go easy. to be right is not always enough, sympathy (even for ignorance) is important too. its easy to forget that in all our intellectual irritation...

since this happened in swindon, england, one should perhaps start with the wretched people in coastal areas of australia. by the time this stuff starts to caress the feet of beautiful sheilas at bondi beach im afraid it will have reached lethal levels of dilution...
