"Yes you do indeed have every right to defend your beliefs. But if you did not live in a free country you would not have that right. The rest of us in the free world also enjoy the right to criticise wrongdoing and blatant self -interest at the expense of others.Which is the catholic church in a nutshell. You demand tax exemption and tax dollars to provide this service, you also demand the right to discriminate against others that do not share your infantile belief in fairies. You also, whilst doling out money given to you without strings, expect to be able to with-hold relief from those most deserving and expect the rest of us to show respect for your breathtaking attitudes! I was a catholic through indoctrination for many years and still shudder at the very mention of the word catholic,to me it equals pure poison,"

very heartfelt and entirely true, so glad you are now through what must of been a terrible ordeal.

The very fact that in our world today an organisation that condones sexual misconduct, denies basic human rights and claims millions of pounds for there own selfish gain is still at large leaves me, utterly mystified!!

Go to: Britain must be a country where people can be proud of their religion

I feel deeply offended at being told on any level, individually or collectively, to embrace anything that is false and proven to be dangerous. Mrs Warsi would have a chance at getting the outcome she is striving for if the groups of people she wants to live in harmony were not religious. Only in religion is there no room for comprimise.

The very fact that all the religious factions we have in the UK believe a totally different fairytale to the next makes the task impossible.

This is great, the message as some of you have said could have been a little stronger/clearer, but im sure the message is being portrayed as it was intended. It gives the exact impression of religion being the "bully" and that there is help at hand, to be honest I
