Well said, sir.

Typical IT department!

I dunno though, a loose connection usually mean slower rather than faster data transfer. I think I want to recruit their cable guys

Apologies if this had has already been suggested... (it's 2:30am here and losing focus so I may have missed something)

Given the benign (moving to impotent) nature of the CoE, the acceptable / homely / poetic / and bushy eyebrowed, avuncular face of irrationality, and the fact that that their position is drawing closer to atheism than it is to violent extremism, could not the men in frocks put their efforts into the cause of separation of church and state. For two reasons, 1) for their own survival (as ceremonial ornaments, cos everyone likes a bit of pageantry occasionally) and 2) to defend the nation from the threat of more extreme religions (a la our trollish friend (above)) filling the void.

In other words, ask him what the peace-loving moderates are doing to decry the outrages of the fundamentalists.

Are they working with moderates in other religions to do this and if not why not?

Incidentally, I teach management best practices and frameworks and when in Malaysia and Indonesia (officially muslim countires) I cannot resist asking, as an opening question "So, the Quran and the Bible, are they frameworks or standards?". The look of shock on my audiences faces gives me almost erotic pleasure. Soooo bad! If you didn't know, a framework gives guidance but a standard requires full compliance. The good news is that most people reply that these books are just frameworks.

...How do they expect us to believe that?!

It's called faith....

That's just absurd. Look, exorcism, I can handle (I saw it in a movie so it must be true) but defying Newton's first law of motion... That's blasphemy!
