'Terrorist' ringtone advert banned'

Good! That ringtone (and especially the stupid advertising for it everywhere on the net) was offensive to me as well.

It's just that in my case it offended my sense of humour.

Well, not totally unfunny, but I liked his previous effort a lot better.

By the way, if there are nuns like that in hell, count me in!

Reminds me at David Bowie's song "Papa Ratzi put on his red shoes and dance the blues" and he is singing (in German) :
Ich trag gern Frauenfummel, Strapse und BH
ich waer so gern ein Madel genau so wie Papa
I like to wear women dresses, straps and a bra (Victoria's secret ?),
I'd like to be a girly exactly like my papa.,

That sounds like it's based on the famous Monty Python Lumberjack Song.

In German:
Ich fälle Bäume, trag Stockelschuh
Und Strumpf und Bustenhalter
Wär gern ein kleines Mädchen
So wie mein Onkel Walter

In English:
I cut down trees, I wear high heels,
Suspenders and a bra,
I wish I were a girlie,
Just like my dear papa.

Actually, Bowie's version is closer to the English version than it is to the official German one. Intriguing.

Just my 2 cents of Python-research. :-)

creationism, the belief that God literally created the world in six days as told in the Bible and the Koran

Actually the article gets this wrong. Islamic creationism (at least, as advocated by this Harun Yahya) doesn't have any problems with the idea that the earth is billions of years old. It just says that god created all the different lifeforms during these millions of years at numerous instances and the resulting organisms never changed since they were created.

I can only conclude that Allah isn't a very hard-working god.
