It's entirely nuanced, because I have subtle reasons behind that statement. See, for instance, 504.

I say again, if I were to come out with such a statement about Catholics or evangelical Christians, nobody here (save maybe the odd stray theist) would take exception to my comment.

Apparently reading comprehension is not your thing. You were the one who claimed that what you said was a "statistical statement" rather than a subjective opinion. You made the distinction, not me or any of the rest of us.
This takes us back to your slowness and general inability to follow nuanced conversation. I meant "statistical" in opposition to the blanket statement about "all" Muslims that you tried to pin on me. In any case, look up "Bayesian" if you don't know what it means. "Statistical" and "subjective" are by no means mutually exclusive.

Instead, your response is to call me an "idiot". I don't make statements I can't support, Twatsworth, nor resort to insults when challenged. The fact that you do speaks volumes about which one of us is more likely to be an idiot. And no, I don't have statistics to back that up. It's just an opinion.
The fact that you have spent your last ten or so posts importuning me for statistics to back up a subjective claim, and now admit the legitimacy of such opinions, does indeed shed light on the age old question of who out of us is the idiot.

Your post I already answered. Epeeist's post is pretentious garbage, bereft of any interesting points, intended for the sole purpose of flaunting his familiarity with some basically pointless branch of applied mathematics.

Root2squared's request is worth responding to. In terms of "total" vileness, it seems that Islam would trivially come top. It holds sway over the lives of a billion people, half of which are, as a direct consequence of the tenets of the faith, nothing less than thralls.

"Average" vileness is more interesting, and that's what I had in mind. Of course I can't possibly know whether Muslims are really the worst people ever, since I'm obviously not acquainted with every tribe that has ever existed. What I could argue, however, is that Islamic memes have proven themselves the most noxious. Since Islam has been evolving for over a millenium (massively longer than the lifetime of most meme complexes), and seems to have been evolving in the "vile" direction, there are solid grounds indeed for anticipating that Islam is the worst set of ideas ever devised.

I don't think there's much genetic variability between large groups of people (the alternative to this view is seen as racist in current climate). If we grant that Islam is the worst dogma ever, it seems to follow, ineluctably, that Muslims are the worst people.

More seriously, I think Islam is a heap of innovations such as the death sentence for apostasy and "Kafir", which have the result of making it almost impossible for a Muslim to be reasoned with.

Please show your workings. Epeeist, root2squared and myself have asked you questions about this.
I already did. When using words like "worse", the analysis inevitably becomes subjective. I already said this, and you didn't respond to it, because you are an idiot who consistently misses the substantive points. This whole affair of my declaring Muslims "perhaps the worst people" should not be a big deal. Provided I have a rough, "handwaving" explanation for regarding Muslims as "perhaps the worst people ever", then that is perfectly valid. Whether it's helpful remains to be seen, and is a wholly different question.

Please provide more detail, because right now it looks like you tried to bullshit us, and you've been caught out.
It is impossible to have a serious conversation with you. You're just too stupid. Go chew on some crayons.
