RIP Hitch.

It is ironic that the very men who decry that a woman would ever get naked are a direct result of the fact that at least one DID get naked.

Isn't part of being in the military accepting the chain of command? As dirty as the U.S. Government has been proven to be, I would consider myself an immoral person if I joined. I just couldn't deliberately put myself in a situation where I might be forced to kill someone.

That is just my opinion. Nothing against anyone else. To each their own-

I managed to make it down to "I recognise that consciousness exists beyond time, beyond the individual." and then I had to stop.

If anti-depressants, or alcohol can change consciousness then it's definitely physical (as if there were any doubt) and this dude is just wrong. And I hate his style of writing.

And he needs to just shut up about Dawkins.

This has nothing to do with humanoids. The lack of saratonin makes lab mice lose their sexual preference. It doesn't make them gay. The addition of several hormones can also make mice live longer. Relevance? This doesnt even scale.

um, that electrical experience the gentleman had was so difficult to sit through...and he told it so slowly...I thought I was going to fall asleep lol - oh and he apparently can heal people like off star trek - Richard Dawkins gave an excellent account of the origin of the eye and explained the diversity of vision in the animal kingdom and the interviewer described an episode of star trek Voyager-

Why in the world would they want Richard to come back when they got trounced to death with their own retarded bullshit? This isn't helping the faith of their flock at all-

We should really support atheist soldiers. They are knowingly putting their only life on the line for us. I think they deserve to have a rock concert if they want. The conversation about what wars are the right ones to fight is a different question and I don't want to go down that path. Instead, I just think in the military they are so out-numbered that it would be good to support them.
