I've watched many adult dogs as they play and tussle with overmatched puppies and noticed many gestures which differ greatly from their gestures with fellow adults. Baby talk might well be a very widespread form of communication and engagement. I wouldn't be surprised to learn that bird vocalizations and movements were altered for chick rearing.

The empty little haircut who presents the 'news' story states that Mike's leaving the church "sounds unbelievable". I find it easier to believe than dead people healing sick people, than ancient flesh arising in wafers, or than fabulous sex lives with scores of virgins after death. Men and women tiring of cults and leaving them is an eminently 'believable' situation, and one with lots of evidence. Believe you me.

The community of rationalism welcomes all to join in the exhiliarating freedom of clear thinking and reason. The bonds of supernatural thinking are no less confining than chained steel. It is deeply comforting to finally find joy in 'keeping it real.'

Miseducation is offered in familiar and formative settings, most often by parents, grandparents and other trusted characters in the toddler's own little universe. The seeds of folly are laid down gently and contemporaneously with the seeds of reliable good sense typically imparted by loving family members. Uprooting becomes more traumatic with time, leaving the 'dirty work' of truth-telling to the educators.

Peace be to the educators!

I still want to hear much more about the details of the Vatican corruptions that semi-surfaced regarding the pontiff's valet, who is now being 'held' by church authorities. Most news organizations treated the leak itself as the big scandal while ignoring the corruption. The pope is an utter disgrace to mankind.

"Q: What will happen to you when you die?

A: I know exactly what will happen. I’m going to medical school, just like my Jewish mother always wanted me to do. I want to use my body parts to their fullest while I’m alive, but I hope others will be able to make good use of them when I die."

As a percussionist it would be my guess that the first musical instruments involved the beautiful natural wood tones of branch on branch. Unfortunately, these would lack telltale signs of musical use such as the wind holes found on the flutes and therefor would be unrecognizable as instruments.
