There has been a lot of talk recently on "Scientism", the new strawman being levelled at people who prefer science and reason over magical thinking. DawahFilms made a long and rather pathetic video trying to add some meat to the strawman, and Daniel Dennett, currently the co-director of the Center for Cognitive Studies, the Austin B. Fletcher Professor of Philosophy, and a Professor at Tufts University, tackles the idea of "Scientism" bluntly.
