Richard Dawkins has been called the world's most famous atheist - An evolutionary biologist , he has touched off a storm of controversy with his bestseller The God Delusion. In it he argues that a belief in God is irrational and religion is divisive and dangerous. Dawkins is the Charles Simonyi Professor of Public Understanding of Science at Oxford University.
